Candlestick – 14 cm

The dark colored Gouda Art Pottery ‘Laila’ has a typical Art Nouveau décor. ‘Laila’ is Persian for Tulip, which form can be recognized in the decoration. Inspired by the Gouda Plateel this collection got the distinctive, characteristic whip of S-line from around 1905. The models used for this collection come from the Goedewaagen-Distel and Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland past and go partly back to 1902.
